While we are cleaning your property, if we notice any maintenance issues we will make you aware of them. We can provide basic maintenance service like minor repairs and changing batteries, light bulbs that sort of thing for an additional fee. We do not provide maintenance when a guest is in house. If you are interested in maintenance service just let us know.
